Orders
Any changes or cancellations must be made before your order ships — usually within 24 hours of placing it. Please have your order number ready (it looks like DF-10482) and email [email protected] or use our contact form.
You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, including your order number and shipping method. Please double-check your shipping address — we can't redirect parcels once they're in transit.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your parcel leaves our studio, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Yes — add your message in the order notes at checkout. We'll handwrite it on a Daffanny card and leave prices out of the parcel.
Shipping
Standard US shipping is free on orders of $50 or more (after discounts) and $5.95 otherwise. Express US shipping (2–3 business days) is $14.95. International shipping starts at $12.95 and is free on orders over $120.
Yes, we ship worldwide. International standard delivery takes 8–15 business days and express 4–7 business days. Duties and taxes may be charged by your country on arrival.
Always. Every order ships in plain packaging with no product descriptions on the outside, and your bank statement will show the neutral descriptor “DFY*STORE”.

Returns & exchanges
You can return unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery with original tags and hygiene liner attached. Items marked “Final sale” can't be returned.
Yes. If something doesn't fit, your first exchange for a different size is free — we even cover the return label.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
We're so sorry! Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Sizing & fit
Measure snugly around your ribcage just under your bust and loosely around the fullest part of your bust, then enter both numbers into the calculator on our Size Guide. Our measuring guide in the Journal walks you through every step.
Yes — all products are true to size according to our size chart. Each product page includes specific fit notes.
For bras, choose the larger band for comfort or the smaller for extra lift (and adjust the cup using sister sizes). For shapewear and bodysuits, size up to avoid dig-in or roll-down.
Sister sizes share the same cup volume on a different band: go down a band and up a cup (36C → 34D), or up a band and down a cup (36C → 38B).
Products & care
Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent, fasten hooks, never wring, and dry flat away from direct heat. Never tumble dry — heat is the enemy of elastic and lace.
The shaping power is built into the fabric and construction: targeted power-mesh panels smooth the tummy and waist while an ultra-thin, breathable knit keeps you cool all day.
Our pieces feature cotton gussets and soft, smooth trims. If you have very sensitive skin, look for our seamless and satin styles and always wash new lingerie before the first wear.

Payment & privacy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay for both US and international orders.
Your payment is authorized when your order is placed and captured when it ships.
Only one promo code can be applied per order, and codes can't be combined with other offers unless stated.
Yes. Card payments are processed by certified payment providers over encrypted connections — Daffanny never stores your full card number.
